  I purchased a Suzuki Swift 2010 from Arrow Car sales. The salesman was helpful and accomodating and along with the vehicle I purchased a 5 year warranty to make sure I would be covered for all mechanical and electrical faults.
  
  After two weeks, I discovered that the battery was dying and after professional testing, it was clear to me that the battery needed to be replaced. The condition report indicated that the battery was in good condition.
  
  I then contacted the salesperson with the relevant information. The salesperson rang me promptly, which was appreciated, but sadly denied any responsibility and therefore was not keen to replace the battery.
  Given that I have had the car for only two weeks, it is obvious to me that the battery was not in good condition at the time of my purchase.
  
  I wish that the battery had been stressed tested which would have indicated that the battery was not in good conditions. It’s a salient warning for future purchases at this company to be aware of possible failures in the mechanical reports.
  I was very satisfied with my purchase until this happened.

  They're happy to sell unroadworthy vehicles!
  Bought my Pajero off Arrow in December 2018.
  Service seemed great to start. Once I had taken delivery of my Pajero I noticed that the inside of all tyres was past the wear marks making the vehicle unroadworthy.
  A salesman swung past my place and took photos to show the boss. After waiting several days past when I was told they would contact me I called, only to be told the the "tyres are within legal limits" that their mechanic had deemed there was 40% tread on the tyres when they did the pre sale inspection.
  They would not budge and at least pay towards new tyres.
  I showed two tyre salesmen and they both said the tyres were illegal, still made no difference to Arrow.
  Will never deal with this dodgey place ever again and if you do buy from there make sure the vehicle is 100% before leaving the lot!

  The team at Arrow are very easy and professional to deal with. Troy was fantastic he even came to me and I'm 2.5 hours from Mount barker, nothing was too much trouble and will defiantly recommend and purchase from here again

  Leigh and the team helped my friend sell her car quickly. They test drove the car and gave time to look at it for value and worth. Very thorough in their work, explained the whole procedure and provided a pain-free experience. Would very much recommend them to anyone planning on selling or buying cars.
