    Very helpful team. Paid $5 to get new windscreen wiper rubbers installed. The guy installing noticed that my wiper was loose and went to the extra effort of quickly realigning and tightening it for me. Very good experience. Quick, easy and professional

    Staff aren't interested in customers which is odd for a business. Happy to talk amongst themselves and not acknowledge you in the slightest. Googled my way through the questions I had in-store since no one was interested in helping me. Funny enough I googled my way to a competitor's website after about 15 mins. They were very helpful over the phone so I left and went to see them instead. This is about the 3rd time I have come in store and I get the same result hence the review. Won't be a 4th.

    I expect staff at an auto parts shop to have some idea about auto parts and an interest in serving customers. I won’t waste my time visiting this store again.

    This Supercheap auto is great. Atmosphere is chill, staff are friendly and helpful customer service is their priority. Definitely recommend checking this place out for all your car needs
